H.E. Mr. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey will attend the 53rd Munich Security Conference to be held from 17 to 19 February 2017.



The Munich Security Conference is an important annual international forum where current and future security challenges are discussed with the participation of numerous high level statesmen, politicians, decision-makers, academicians and international security experts. At the 53rd Conference this year, current international issues to which Turkey also attaches importance, such as Syria, counter terrorism, NATO, transatlantic relations, European Defence, migration, cyber defence and energy security will be addressed.



Foreign Minister Çavuşoğlu will deliver a speech at a panel and will also have bilateral meetings on the margin of the Conference.
